“Present arms” – God save the king – number 180 from 1901

Martin made a special figure for the foreign market more often.
In 1901 he made 3 figures especially for the English market.
Here I present the first one:

On this label you can read the term C&E LONDON but I have not been able to find out what this means, an importer? a shop?
Anyone who knows, please let me know.
